THE EMBLEM PRAGUE HOTEL - PREFERRED HOTELS & RESORTS, Prague – A Smart Stay in the City

My stay at the hotel was a blend of positives and negatives. The rooms on the lower floor, unlike the one on the 5th floor, were clean but lacked in quality. However, the room I stayed in was extremely comfortable, well-furnished, and impeccably clean. The staff were notably very helpful, polite, always smiling, and exceptionally friendly. Erica, the concierge, stood out as the best, making our stay particularly wonderful with her spot-on restaurant recommendations and activity suggestions. Everything about the hotel was geared towards ensuring guests have a great time.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were brilliant with lovely beds, wardrobes, and a bathroom. I was pleasantly surprised to find a free phone in the room for international calls and as a travel companion. The balcony overlooking the cobblestone street was a perfect way to start the day, and the Nespresso in the room was a great touch. The complimentary breakfast was top-notch with fruit, pastries, breakfast meats, and made-to-order eggs. However, the service, although excellent, was not as attentive as some other 5-star hotels I've visited.

My stay at the hotel was pretty good overall. The rooms were fine, clean, and quiet, but a bit small and noisy due to the street light. On the bright side, the modern and spacious room, along with the very helpful and polite staff, especially Erica at the concierge, made my stay particularly wonderful. The hotel's focus on guest enjoyment was evident throughout.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were modern, very clean, spacious, and comfortable, just like a cozy family room with a TV. The service was top-notch with Joseph, George, and all the staff being really nice and helpful. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city near the Old Town square. The dining experience met high standards, and the facilities were excellent. My only small letdown was the limited breakfast options, but overall, it was a fantastic experience.

It set the perfect mood for our romantic excursion in Prague. The service was exceptional, especially Joseph, who made our anniversary special with a complimentary cake and wine in the room. The location was stellar, just seconds away from Old Town Square, making it convenient for exploring the city. The dining experience was excellent, with well-prepared meals and helpful staff. Overall, a great value for money with fantastic facilities!
